Campsites in Croatia equipped by the manufacturer Vitolina.

Exclusive mobile and modular homes by Vitolina, built with quality and comfort first. We offer many models and sizes, so we can meet almost any requirement. The houses are made from high-grade materials on a metal frame, which gives them exceptional strength and stability. They are energy-efficient and provide a high level of living comfort on minimal energy, in summer as in winter. We supply fully furnished models with custom-built furniture and all the remaining fittings, or the house unfurnished. You can choose one of our standard models, or we adapt production to your wishes. In summer you cool the house with the inverter air conditioner and in winter you heat with it, or you opt for another form of heating such as electric underfloor heating, infrared ceiling panels or conventional electric radiators. Production and installation take an exceptionally short time, 3 to 4 months from the order date.
We build every house in our range in modules or as a single unit, with standard thermal insulation for holiday use or with additional insulation to the floor, walls and ceiling for year-round living. We offer a wide choice of options and solutions, and our customers’ satisfaction always comes first.
Audited production
Every Mobile Home is built at the plant of the Slovenian manufacturer Vitolina. Production is certified by TÜV Austria to EN ISO 14001. What is audited is not a single house but the entire production process behind it, in recurring audits.
EN ISO 14001 describes a company’s environmental management: how it handles materials, energy and waste across the whole of production. It is therefore evidence of how the plant works.
Individual planning available
We adapt the layout, size and equipment to your wishes.
The generous living area brings together the kitchen, living room and dining area. It is made for cooking, for dinner with family and friends, for an afternoon nap or the morning coffee. This is where you find the kitchen units, the dining table and chairs, a coffee table and a multifunctional sofa that doubles as an extra bed. The layout of the house is exceptionally well thought through, with the aim of making the best possible use of the whole space. Perfection – the rooms are thoughtfully designed to serve their functional purpose as well as possible.
All seven models with floor plan and dimensions. Select a model and the plan and the figures change with it.

For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you can reach us at the address given above.
If you complete the enquiry assistant, we process the details you enter there:
In technical terms, the address called up, the referring page, the browser identifier, any campaign parameters from the address bar and a random reference number are also transmitted. We use these details to classify and answer your enquiry.
When you send the form, the details are transmitted in encrypted form to our enquiry service and stored in our enquiry database. This runs at Supabase, Inc. as our processor; the data centre is in Zurich, Switzerland.
The assistant only confirms your enquiry once it has actually been stored there. If the transmission fails, it tells you so and gives our phone number and email address. Nothing is stored in your browser’s local storage in the process.
The same service notifies us of a new enquiry via the messenger Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai). This notification contains your details from the assistant and goes only to the mobile phones of those people in our company who are authorised to receive it.
The form in the “Contact” section asks for your name, email address, subject, message and your consent to the processing of these details. Subject and message reach us as a single text.

Back to the home pageFor consultation, delivery and installation of the Mobile Homes Vitolina by Fitz AG.
This is a translation. The German version is the authoritative one.
These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to all quotes, contracts and services of Fitz AG, Grenzstrasse 25, 9430 St. Margrethen SG, in connection with the “Mobile Homes Vitolina” offering.
You can reach us by email at info@vitolina-homes.ch and by phone on +41 79 901 81 81.
They apply to private individuals and to companies alike.
Terms of the customer that deviate from these apply only if we agree to them in writing.
The version in force at the time the contract is concluded is the authoritative one.
The details on this website – models, dimensions, equipment, illustrations, service modules and time indications – are non-binding information and not an offer to conclude a contract. Illustrations show example configurations.
Enquiries via the forms on this website, by email or by phone are without obligation and free of charge.
We quote prices on request.
After a consultation and a viewing you receive an individual, binding quote.
The contract is concluded only upon our written order confirmation or upon the contract being signed by both parties.
In the event of contradictions, the contract and the quote take precedence over these Terms.
What we owe follows from the quote and the contract.
Depending on what is agreed, the service comprises individual modules or all of the following:
The houses are delivered furnished or unfurnished, with standard thermal insulation for holiday use or with additional insulation to the floor, walls and ceiling for year-round living. You choose a standard model or have production adapted to your wishes.
Deviations in material, colour shade and details of execution for technical or design reasons are reserved, provided they are reasonable and do not impair fitness for use or value. Changes to the agreed scope of services require the written form and may alter the price and the dates.
We do not state any prices on this website. Every project is calculated individually; the model, the equipment, the plot and the scope of services you want determine the price. Only the prices in the quote are authoritative.
All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF). Whether and at what rate value added tax applies is shown in the quote.
The payment schedule, instalments and due dates follow the quote or the contract. Third-party fees and charges, for example for permits or connections, are not included unless the quote says otherwise. In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions apply.
Experience shows that production and installation take 3 to 4 months from the order date. This figure is a guide.
Binding dates must be expressly designated as such in the contract.
The periods depend in particular on official approval, on the condition and accessibility of the plot, on the preparatory work required, on the weather and on your cooperation.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control – force majeure, supply shortages, official orders, strikes – the periods are extended appropriately. We will inform you without delay.
So that we can deliver and install, you are responsible for:
The building permit is granted by the competent authority. We take on the planning and the permit procedure where agreed, but cannot guarantee the decision. Additional work resulting from missing or late cooperation or from incorrect details is at your expense.
Once the work is complete, we carry out the acceptance together and record the result in writing. Minor defects do not entitle you to refuse acceptance; they are recorded in the report and remedied.
Benefit and risk pass to you upon acceptance. If you fail to accept the work without reason or use it beforehand, benefit and risk pass at that point in time.
The house and all parts delivered remain our property until payment has been made in full. We are entitled to have the retention of title entered in the retention of title register at the customer’s domicile; you will cooperate in this.
The statutory provisions of Swiss law apply to defects unless the contract provides otherwise. Defects must be reported in writing immediately after they are discovered.
Excluded is damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or care, unauthorised alterations, interventions by third parties, and damage caused by external influences.
A “10-year warranty” badge is shown on this website. Whether, to what extent and by whom a warranty is granted follows from the quote and from the warranty conditions you receive with the contract.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury is neither excluded nor limited.
For slight negligence, liability is limited within the legally permissible scope to direct damage; liability for indirect damage and lost profit is excluded to the extent the law permits.
We are not liable for damage attributable to incorrect details, defective preliminary work by third parties or a lack of cooperation by the customer.
Mandatory provisions, in particular those of the Product Liability Act, are reserved.
We may engage third parties to perform the contract, in particular the manufacturer of the houses, transport and crane companies and partner firms for construction, solar and garden work. The houses are made by the Slovenian manufacturer Vitolina.
Within the scope of the contract we are answerable for the services of engaged third parties in the same way as for our own services, unless otherwise agreed.
How we process personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fitz AG in St. Margrethen SG.
Mandatory places of jurisdiction, in particular in favour of consumers, are reserved.
Amendments and additions to the contract require the written form; this also applies to the cancellation of this written-form clause. The assignment of claims under the contract requires our consent.
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. It is replaced by a rule that comes closest to the economic purpose.
